Hasung provides a 2-year factory warranty for all industrial machines, covering manufacturing defects of main mechanical and electrical components. Consumable spare parts (crucibles, seals, filters, graphite parts) are excluded from warranty. Standard after-sales support includes 12–24 hour engineer response, free remote troubleshooting via video call, lifetime technical consultation and preferential pricing for spare parts after warranty expiry. On-site repair service is available upon request with separate service charges. Every machine is tested for 168 continuous hours before delivery to reduce on-site failure risk Hasung.

The custom chain line workflow follows 5 phases:

• Requirement collection: chain type, wire gauge, output speed, alloy material and factory layout.

• Assembly and factory trial run with sample chain production to verify pitch, weld quality and consistency.

Standard B2B payment term is 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For large custom production lines or high-value turnkey projects, we can negotiate staged milestone payments according to project progress. Letters of Credit (L/C) are acceptable upon prior review. All pricing is quoted in USD. Final payment terms are formalized in the sales contract.

Hasung cooperates with professional industrial freight forwarders for sea/air/land transport. Heavy machines are packed with export-grade fumigated wooden cases with shock absorption and reinforcement. We supply full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE/ISO certificates and inspection reports for customs clearance. Our team pre-checks import tariff rules and documentation requirements for destination countries. We offer two delivery terms: FOB Shenzhen or CIF/CFR to designated ports. Clients may choose DDP door delivery where our forwarder manages customs declaration and duty payment.
