Built with 3.7 kW Japanese/German core components and a 250–480 kg steel frame, the line couples a laser-controlled tube drawing unit, TIG welder and precision cutting head; sheet thickness 0.15–0.45 mm is processed at up to 120 beads/min with stepless inverter control, water-cooling and automatic lubrication to guarantee mirror finishes and ±0.02 mm roundness.
