How do you produce gold-tin alloy strips?

How do you make Gold-Tin Strip or Tin-Bismuth Sheet?

To be able to finish a piece of gold-tin strip of 15mm width with 0.03mm thickness, how could we do to finish this production?  This was a question threw by a CEO of Guiyan Platinum group from Yunnan, China in the year of 2022. Hasung had an opportunity to meet them and provided a solution for them. The production line includes a serial of hot rolling machines, slitting machines, and other cleaning and polishing machines. 

Here're the steps:

1. 1. Raw material below 30mm thickness, use 20HP ultra-precision hot rolling mill to get minimum 0.2mm strips.

2. 2.  Use 10HP ultra-precision hot rolling mill machine to roll as 0.08-0.1mm thickness strips.

3. 3. Raw material below 0.15mm, Use 15HP ultra-precision 4 rollers rolling machine to get 0.02mm or 0.03mm thickness.
   

4. 4. Use oil immersed material belt ironing machine to flatten strips.

5. 5. Use automatic cnc ultasonic cleaning machine for cleaning surface of strips.

6. 6. Use automatic cnc polishing machine for fine polishing of strips.

7. 7. Use hot slitting machine for cutting the width to be able to get final size.
