Hasung is making a 60kg capacity gold bar making machine for Russian customer.

By request of a Russian customer who's experienced in precious metals refining industry, Hasung received an order from them and get started for manufacturing a 60kg capacity automatic gold bullion bar vacuum casting machine. It can produce 1 piece 30kg silver ingots at a time witihin 30 minutes for cycle time.

For making a single piece 30 kilos silver bar, it's too heavy to take out by hand, so we designed and made a mechanical arm with air supply which is easy to move out graphite mold.
