Yes. Hasung offers optional on-site installation, commissioning and hands-on operator training for overseas customers. Our senior engineers travel to the client’s factory to complete machine assembly, vacuum & electrical debugging, process parameter setting and operation training covering daily operation, recipe setup, preventive maintenance and common fault troubleshooting. Remote video training and online real-time support are provided free of charge as standard. On-site service fees including engineer flight, accommodation and daily allowance will be quoted separately.

Standard B2B payment term is 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For large custom production lines or high-value turnkey projects, we can negotiate staged milestone payments according to project progress. Letters of Credit (L/C) are acceptable upon prior review. All pricing is quoted in USD. Final payment terms are formalized in the sales contract.
